Products of the Villa

The olive groves and the vine in the area for years provide extra virgin olive oil and wine quality chianti. The Chianti wine is produced with Sangiovese grapes (75%), Canaiolo (10%), Trebbiano (10%). It shows a beautiful ruby red color and comes so sublime with red meat dishes and typical local food, which you can enjoy while staying in the villa.

The oil, which comes with a nice straw color, is produced by black olive trees on the property and is ideal for enhancing the flavors of Tuscan cuisine. Also noteworthy is the acacia honey and chestnut, the typical fruits of the place Rivalto, like Marroni, a high-quality chestnut coming from the surrounding forests.
